Test Lead – Application Testing

About the role

The Tech Lead – Application Testing will drive the testing strategy for complex engineering software applications at Bosch Global Software Technologies in Ho Chi Minh City. You will lead a team of testing specialists, ensuring high‑quality releases across multiple product portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans aligned with project goals and customer requirements.
• Oversee all testing phases – integration, system, regression, and performance testing.
• Establish and maintain a test automation framework to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using advanced testing tools and techniques.
• Analyse quality metrics and provide clear reports on product readiness.
• Collaborate with development, architecture, and project management teams to embed quality throughout the software lifecycle.
• Lead, mentor, and develop testing engineers, fostering technical growth.
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices and drive continuous improvement in testing processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading testing teams in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder reporting and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to mentor and coach junior testing engineers.
