Product Specialist Representative, Hematology

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Product Specialist Representative for its Hematology product line in Hanoi, Vietnam. The role sits within the Oncology/Hematology sales function and provides specialized knowledge and support for a specific product or product line, promoting the products, conducting market research and educating healthcare professionals about their features, benefits and appropriate use.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve therapeutic area priorities in new and established accounts to grow market penetration.
• Help attain business goals such as market share, and develop and run a territory sales and coverage plan.
• Carry out market development and field marketing activities, schedule appointments, and visit customer sites regularly to gather market insights.
• Demonstrate proper use of products to physicians and prepare customer-focused presentation packages.
• Promote and coordinate professional education activities for healthcare professionals.
• Run national, regional and local promotional activities for specific product lines or areas.
• Develop and maintain business plans by account and submit them to management.

Required profile

• University or bachelor's degree in medicine or pharmacy.
• At least 4-5 years of experience in the oncology sector of the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record of performance and account management.
• Good customer engagement skills, including product detailing, presentation and negotiation.
• English proficiency is an advantage.

Required skills

• Computer skills: Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
• Preferred: clinical experience, knowledge of hematology and oncology, and sales trend analysis.
