QA Lead – Test Automation with Python & Playwright

About the role

We are looking for a QA Lead who will drive test automation excellence for Bosch’s intelligent software platforms. The role combines hands‑on test development with leadership of a growing automation team, supporting products used by more than 500,000 users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive test automation strategy using Python and Playwright.
• Lead, mentor and coach a team of junior testers, fostering a culture of quality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional Agile teams to integrate automated tests into CI pipelines.
• Introduce AI‑enhanced testing approaches to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Continuously improve testing processes and metrics across the organization.

Required profile

• Strong technical background in test automation and complex software architectures.
• Proven experience leading and developing testing teams.
• Open mindset for leveraging AI in testing.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.
