About the role

We are looking for a QA Lead who will drive test automation excellence for Bosch’s intelligent software platforms. The role combines hands‑on test development with leadership of a growing automation team, supporting products used by more than 500,000 users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

Define and execute a comprehensive test automation strategy using Python and Playwright.
Lead, mentor and coach a team of junior testers, fostering a culture of quality.
Collaborate with cross‑functional Agile teams to integrate automated tests into CI pipelines.
Introduce AI‑enhanced testing approaches to improve efficiency and coverage.
Continuously improve testing processes and metrics across the organization.

Required profile

Strong technical background in test automation and complex software architectures.
Proven experience leading and developing testing teams.
Open mindset for leveraging AI in testing.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an Agile environment.
