Retail Executive / Senior Retail Executive

About the role

Huawei Vietnam is looking for a Retail Executive (or Senior Retail Executive) to drive go‑to‑market activities across its retail network. The role focuses on product availability, store displays and point‑of‑sale material planning to ensure a consistent brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop product coverage plans by key account, SKU and province to guarantee appropriate stock across retail channels.
• Create and manage store display plans, including store lists and visual guidelines, to achieve uniform retail execution.
• Plan and coordinate POSM, display props, alarm signs and other retail materials.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to execute campaigns and monitor performance.
• Support purchase order (PO) management and ensure alignment with retail operational processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Chinese or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in retail, trade marketing or sales operations.
• Strong communication, coordination and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
