Account Executive – B2B Sales for Introducing Brokers

About the role
CXM Group is seeking an Account Executive to drive B2B sales through Introducing Brokers (IBs) in Vietnam. Reporting to the Team Leader, Vietnam, you will build a client base and generate significant deposit volumes while strengthening long‑term partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Organise and participate in seminars, events, and meetings with Introducing Brokers.
- Identify IBs’ pain points and develop tailored solutions and unique offers.
- Strengthen relationships with IBs to increase business share and ensure long‑term collaboration.
Required profile
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Customer‑centric approach with proven sales and negotiation ability.
- In‑depth knowledge of the forex industry and product offerings.
- Excellent time management, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- High standards of business ethics and professional conduct.
