Administrative Intern – Outsourcing Management

About the role

Join Bosch Group as an Administrative Intern supporting the Outsourcing Management team. This full‑time internship offers hands‑on experience in office administration, process documentation, and stakeholder coordination within a global technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Document and maintain internal processes.
• Arrange and coordinate internal meetings.
• Follow up on open requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in interview scheduling, training, onboarding and off‑boarding activities.
• Support reporting activities and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to streamline workflows.
• Perform additional ad‑hoc tasks as required.

Required profile

• 4th‑year student majoring in Business Administration, Human Resources, English Commercial or a related field.
• Strong interest in administrative or secretarial duties.
• Ability to work full‑time (minimum four days per week).
• Official university recommendation letter with stamp (mandatory after interview).
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good numerical and spreadsheet handling abilities.
