Administration & Services Staff

About the role

We are looking for a service‑oriented professional to coordinate and deliver administrative and workplace services for Damen Song Cam Shipyard in Hai Phong. The role supports employees, visitors, managers and external providers by organising office services, travel, events and facility management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support, maintain records, correspondence and filing systems.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, visas and logistics for meetings, workshops and audits.
• Coordinate office facilities, supplies, canteen, cleaning, security and monitor office assets.
• Organise company events, employee engagement activities and training logistics.
• Liaise with suppliers and service providers, support purchase requisitions and track departmental budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Economics, Hospitality, Human Resources, English or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in administration, office support, customer service or hospitality, preferably in a manufacturing or multinational environment.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem‑solving skills with a customer‑service mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
