AI/Agent Engineer – Build Next‑Gen Production AI Systems

About the role

Join Bosch Global Software Technologies in Ho Chi Minh City to design and ship next‑generation production AI agent systems. You will work on cutting‑edge language models and multimodal AI that reason, plan, and delegate across specialized sub‑agents to deliver real business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Architect agentic systems covering planning, memory, tool use, multi‑agent delegation, evaluation loops and guardrails.
• Translate model capabilities into production‑ready pipelines, including prompt and context strategies, retrieval, reranking, structured output, streaming and multimodal inputs (vision, documents, audio).
• Own the evaluation framework: build offline test sets, online LLM‑as‑judge loops and regression harnesses.
• Optimize performance through prompt caching, batching, speculative decoding, model routing and token‑budget management to meet latency targets.

Required profile

• Senior‑level engineer with deep expertise in modern machine learning, transformers and large language models.
• Strong understanding of attention mechanisms, autoregressive decoding failure modes and cost/latency trade‑offs.
• Proven ability to turn theoretical knowledge into robust, scalable production systems.
