AI Engineer – 1 Year Contractor

About the role

The AI Engineer will work within Bosch Engineering Process, Methods & Tools (MS/EPM-XC) to develop AI‑powered tools and applications that improve engineering productivity. This is a one‑year contract position based in Ho Chi Minh City.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI‑powered tools and applications for engineering use cases.
• Build and integrate Generative AI and AI‑agent solutions.
• Design and maintain data pipelines, analytics, and machine‑learning workflows.
• Support AI model deployment, evaluation, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with global teams to enhance engineering productivity.
• Contribute to software development, testing, and automation activities.
• Learn and apply the latest AI, cloud, and DevOps technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, Data Science or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python and solid software‑engineering fundamentals.
• Basic understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models, AI agents, and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation.
• Familiarity with AI development frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel or OpenAI‑compatible APIs.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, container technologies and modern development practices.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, testing and collaborative software‑development workflows.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English.
