Auditor / Accountant

About the role

Vrs VietAdjusters, a leading loss‑adjusting firm in Vietnam and part of the global VRS Adjusters network, is looking for a motivated Auditor/Accountant to join its Hanoi office. The position is ideal for recent graduates who want to apply their accounting and audit knowledge to real‑world claim investigations and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct claim investigations and support loss‑adjusting teams.
• Perform audit procedures and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Prepare and review accounting entries, financial statements, and related reports.
• Utilise Excel and basic accounting software to analyse data and generate insights.
• Apply AI and data‑analysis tools to improve audit efficiency and accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing or a related field.
• Internship or project experience in finance or audit.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Team spirit, willingness to learn and a problem‑solving mindset.
