Business Development & Office Coordinator

About the role

English 1 Vietnam is looking for a proactive and highly organized independent contractor to support its Partnerships team. The role focuses on qualifying prospective investors through outbound business development calls, managing the lead pipeline, and scheduling meetings for the Business Development Manager while providing essential administrative assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to qualify prospective investors and business owners.
• Maintain and update the lead pipeline in the CRM system.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings for the Business Development Manager.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
• Assist with customer service inquiries and follow‑up communications.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred; final‑year university students are welcome.
• Experience in telesales, customer service, business development, or administration.
• Strong communication skills in Vietnamese; conversational English is an advantage (IELTS 5.0+ or equivalent).
• Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging with business owners.

What we offer
