Data & Power Platform Engineer – Microsoft Fabric

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Data & Power Platform Engineer to design, build and operate modern data solutions using Microsoft Fabric and the Microsoft Power Platform. The role will translate business requirements and manual processes into scalable digital applications and automated workflows for Bosch’s Vietnam operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable data solutions on Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, OneLake, Notebooks, Pipelines and Dataflows Gen2.
• Create ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, clean, transform and synchronize data from multiple sources.
• Build and optimise data models that support analytics, applications and business reporting.
• Monitor and improve platform performance, reliability, security and cost efficiency.
• Design and develop Canvas Apps in Power Apps, integrating with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, Microsoft 365 and external APIs.
• Manage the full application lifecycle from proof‑of‑concept through testing, deployment and support.
• Implement automated workflows with Power Automate Cloud and Power Automate Desktop (RPA), including approvals, notifications and scheduled processes.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Fabric and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to data quality and governance.
