Product Owner & AI Engineer – Transport Analytics & Reporting

About the role

The Product Owner & AI Engineer will lead the development of Bosch's transport analytics platform, turning raw data into actionable insights for logistics and reporting. You will own the product backlog, guide KPI creation, and drive the adoption of autonomous AI agents within the reporting suite.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product backlog for the internal MS‑SQL transport analytics database.
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI Cloud dashboards and standard reports that meet cross‑departmental needs.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure scalable data models.
• Lead the transition to agentic AI, creating autonomous decision‑support agents for the Transport Intelligence Engine.
• Write and manage user stories for the Next Generation Transport Management (NGTM) reporting platform.
• Oversee data integration from internal and external sources, ensuring data quality, transparency, and traceability.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in product ownership or product management for data‑driven solutions.
• Strong understanding of transport or logistics analytics and reporting.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• MS‑SQL database management.
