Integration And Application Lead

About the role

The Integration and Application Lead is a hands‑on execution role responsible for building, configuring, testing and maintaining enterprise integrations and business applications for the XCL Education Group. Reporting to the Group Head of Process Orchestration, the focus is on delivery rather than strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and test integration flows on iPaaS platforms such as Workato and Power Automate.
• Configure, maintain and support business applications across ERP, CRM, HRM and SIS systems.
• Perform data mapping and ensure data quality between connected systems.
• Collaborate with functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in enterprise system integration or business application development.
• Proven delivery experience with iPaaS platforms (Workato, Power Automate or equivalents).
• Experience working with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, PowerSchool or similar ERP/CRM/HRM/SIS solutions.
