Embedded Software Engineer (1-3 years experience) – 3 positions

About the role

We are looking for three Embedded Software Engineers with 1‑3 years of experience to join Bosch’s EPC department in Ho Chi Minh City. You will work on automotive power‑train platform projects, developing and testing embedded software for engine and vehicle control units.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and design embedded software/test suites for power‑train applications.
• Develop clean, efficient C code and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git, Git Actions and Jenkins.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design and deliver new features.
• Perform static and dynamic testing from system level down to component level using HiL/SiL environments.
• Support customers by answering queries, proposing technical solutions and providing integration assistance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience with micro‑controllers, embedded C and hardware concepts such as GPIO, SPI, memory, sensors and actuators.
• Familiarity with V‑Model or Agile/Kanban development processes and version‑control tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Embedded C programming.
• Microcontroller hardware knowledge (GPIO, SPI, memory, sensors).
• Version control (Git) and CI/CD (Git Actions, Jenkins).
• Experience with HiL/SiL, Virtual ECU, Rust, TypeScript, Python, C#.
• Knowledge of AUTOSAR, ASPICE and RTOS is a plus.
