Embedded System Engineer – Joining Bonus

About the role

The Embedded System Engineer will design and maintain system requirements and architecture for automotive projects, ensuring compliance with stakeholder needs and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain system requirements and architecture.
• Collect, clarify and document stakeholder requirements.
• Analyze compliance, impact, risk and verifiability of requirements.
• Establish verification criteria and traceability between system and stakeholder requirements.
• Ensure ASPICE compliance for system requirements and architecture.

Required profile

• 4+ years experience in automotive embedded development.
• Bachelor or Master degree in electronics, mechatronics or computer science.
• Self‑discipline, motivation and strong teamwork spirit.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.

Required skills

• AUTOSAR
• Embedded C/C++ development
• Microcontroller architecture
• CAN protocol (mandatory)
• LIN, UWB, NFC, BLE (preferred)
• V‑model and ASPICE processes
• Requirement management and elicitation
• Knowledge of security and safety concepts (preferred)
