Execution Co-ordinator - Instant Coffee

About the role

This position focuses on outbound execution for instant coffee trade, coordinating logistics, documentation and communication between traders, shippers and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Work with traders on position follow‑up and resolve commercial issues with shippers or clients.
• Issue logistics documents such as invoices, release documents and cover letters, and ensure required external documents are uploaded.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and external partners to anticipate execution challenges and propose solutions.
• Send shipping instructions to shippers in a timely manner.
• Place bookings with shipping lines when required and maintain internal database accuracy.
• Follow up on sample results and update the internal database accordingly.
• Process shipping documents, upload them to the system and handle payments to shippers if needed.
• Liaise with shippers, shipping partners and end clients to deliver optimal service.
• Review assigned service invoices, approve costs and prepare payment requests.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Team Leader.

Required profile

• University graduate (BA or equivalent) with a focus on Foreign Trade, Commodity Trading or Logistics.
• At least 2‑3 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in an international environment related to trade, supply chain, logistics or customer service.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Experience in coffee trade logistics is a plus.
