Fresher Embedded Software Engineer (C focused)

About the role

We are looking for a fresher Embedded Software Engineer with a strong focus on C programming to join our international Scrum team in Ho Chi Minh City. You will contribute to scalable and reliable embedded software solutions and support security initiatives and CI/CD pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain embedded software components using C.
• Contribute to system architecture and software integration activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an Agile/SAFe environment.
• Establish professional processes and drive architectural optimizations.
• Support security‑related initiatives and CI/CD (DevOps) pipelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics or related fields.
• Strong C coding skills (Codility test will be administered).
• Good knowledge of embedded system development, including build processes, microcontrollers, debugging tools, RTOS and memory technologies (FLASH, EEPROM, FEE).
• Fluent English communication.
• Additional experience in requirement engineering or software design is a plus.
