Head of Marketing Data & Digital – East Asia

About the role

The Head of Marketing Data and Digital for East Asia will lead the Vehicle & Equipment data management function within Bosch's Mobility Aftermarket Division. Reporting to regional leadership, you will shape data governance, drive digital solutions, and enable business performance across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional Vehicle & Equipment master data development and ensure high‑quality, timely, and sustainable data for product and OEM equipment.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Marketing and Global teams to provide data‑analytics services and align governance with business objectives.
• Establish and continuously improve regional data governance frameworks, standards, and operational effectiveness.
• Identify and implement digital tools that increase operational efficiency, especially in assortment management.
• Evaluate advanced technologies such as automation and AI to enhance business capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in data management, governance or digital transformation, preferably in the automotive or mobility sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into business actions.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills across East Asian markets.
• Fluent in English; additional East Asian language skills are a plus.
