HORECA Sales Supervisor

About the role

The HORECA Sales Supervisor will lead the development and expansion of B2B sales for Nisshin's food products through the HORECA channel and food distributors across Vietnam. The role focuses on building strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, restaurant chains, and other food‑service customers to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand B2B sales within the HORECA channel and food‑distribution network in Vietnam.
• Identify, approach, and negotiate with potential distributors, wholesalers, and restaurant chains.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers to increase account penetration.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product availability, promotional support, and timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in the food industry.
• Proven experience developing sales through the HORECA channel or food distributors.
• Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Business‑level English preferred; TOEIC 500+ or IELTS 4.5+ acceptable.
