IT Officer (In-House)

About the role

Le & Tran Law Corporation, a leading Vietnamese litigation and arbitration firm, is seeking an in‑house IT Officer. The role will own the firm’s technology environment, providing day‑to‑day user support, managing networks, ensuring information security, and deploying AI‑assisted legal tools.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line IT support and help‑desk services to all staff.
• Administer Windows servers, workstations and Microsoft 365/Entra ID (Azure) environments.
• Maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches and VPN connections.
• Monitor and enforce information security policies and procedures.
• Evaluate, implement, and support AI‑driven legal software and other business applications.
• Document procedures, maintain asset inventories, and ensure backup and disaster‑recovery processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in IT support or administration, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work independently in an on‑site setting.
