IT Operations & Administration Intern

About the role

Join Bosch Group in Ho Chi Minh City as an IT Operations & Administration Intern. You will support daily IT administration, asset management, and help‑desk activities while gaining hands‑on experience in a global technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily IT administration and operational coordination.
• Maintain IT documentation, reports, and knowledge repositories.
• Manage IT asset inventories, track device lifecycles, and control inventory.
• Coordinate shipment, receiving, and movement of IT equipment across locations.
• Assist IT procurement: collect quotations, liaise with suppliers, receive goods, process invoices, and support payments.
• Prepare regular inventory, operational, and management reports.
• Create user guides, knowledge articles, training materials, and process documentation.
• Support meeting coordination, task tracking, and administrative activities for IT projects.
• Contribute to departmental events, project progress tracking, and communication materials.
• Provide first‑level help‑desk support via phone, chat, tickets, and meetings; assist with hardware, software, and device setup.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program related to IT, Computer Science, or a similar field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
