IT Security Governance Internship

About the role

We are looking for an IT Security Governance Intern to join Bosch Global Software Technologies in Ho Chi Minh City. You will support the security team in assessing policies, standards and regulatory requirements while gaining hands‑on experience in compliance and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and interpret IT security policies, standards and regulatory requirements.
• Perform compliance and governance assessments, identifying gaps against applicable standards.
• Provide consulting and recommendations to stakeholders based on established security frameworks.
• Support risk assessment, control evaluation and remediation tracking activities.
• Conduct basic research on IT security standards, regulations and best practices and summarize key findings.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Cyber Security or a related field.
• Basic understanding of IT and cybersecurity concepts.
• Awareness of security standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST or CIS.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking with attention to detail.
• Good documentation and communication skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ISO 27001.
• Familiarity with NIST framework.
• Familiarity with CIS controls.
