Key User Manager – Construction & Energy (South Vietnam)

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Key User Manager to lead sales and profit growth with large professional users in the construction, infrastructure and energy sectors of Southern Vietnam. The role focuses on building long‑term strategic partnerships with major contractors, power plants and utility companies, driving Bosch Power Tools market share.

Key responsibilities

• Own sales turnover and profit targets for assigned Key Professional Users (KPUs) in the Construction & Energy segment.
• Identify, acquire and develop new key professional users while expanding the existing customer portfolio.
• Build and maintain relationships with C‑level and senior decision‑makers at large construction firms, EPC contractors and energy/utility companies.
• Implement central user‑marketing strategies and create customer‑specific solutions.
• Ensure optimal product and service mix tailored to each user’s applications.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Product Management, Marketing, Technical Support, Logistics and Finance to deliver excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales within construction, infrastructure or energy sectors.
• Strong ability to develop and manage strategic relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Result‑oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
