About the role

We are seeking multiple accounting professionals to join our Finance Shared Services team in Ho Chi Minh City. Positions include a Team Leader for Procure‑to‑Pay, an Accountant for Order‑to‑Cash, and a Junior Accountant for Record‑to‑Report.

Key responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end Procure‑to‑Pay operations, ensure timely closing, internal controls and process improvements.
Manage day‑to‑day accounts receivable, invoicing, collections and account reconciliation across entities.
Execute daily bank and foreign‑exchange transactions while meeting month‑end deadlines.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or related field.
Relevant experience: 5+ years AP/AR for Team Leader, 3+ years accounting for Accountant, 1‑2 years for Junior Accountant.
Fluent English (written & spoken) and high integrity, detail‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

Proficiency with MS Office.
Experience with SunSystem, Oracle, iRely or Power BI (preferred).
