About the role
We are seeking multiple accounting professionals to join our Finance Shared Services team in Ho Chi Minh City. Positions include a Team Leader for Procure‑to‑Pay, an Accountant for Order‑to‑Cash, and a Junior Accountant for Record‑to‑Report.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end Procure‑to‑Pay operations, ensure timely closing, internal controls and process improvements.
- Manage day‑to‑day accounts receivable, invoicing, collections and account reconciliation across entities.
- Execute daily bank and foreign‑exchange transactions while meeting month‑end deadlines.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or related field.
- Relevant experience: 5+ years AP/AR for Team Leader, 3+ years accounting for Accountant, 1‑2 years for Junior Accountant.
- Fluent English (written & spoken) and high integrity, detail‑oriented mindset.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Experience with SunSystem, Oracle, iRely or Power BI (preferred).
