About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service professional to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. The role focuses on supporting students, promoting our courses, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction for both learners and teachers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer care and student retention, ensuring prompt responses across communication channels.
- Promote courses, arrange trial sessions, handle sign‑ups and track course attendance.
- Register new students, maintain accurate records, and follow up on renewals and payments.
- Support teachers during classes, monitor child safety, and record student progress.
- Collect customer feedback and provide suggestions for service improvement.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in a customer‑care or call‑center environment.
- Commitment to stay with the company for at least one year.
- Strong listening and communication skills with good English proficiency (TOEIC 550 or IELTS 5.0).
- Detail‑oriented, responsible, hardworking and able to multitask.
