About the role

We are looking for a Market Development & Documentation Officer who is fluent in Korean to expand our labor export network in South Korea. The candidate will act as a bridge between Vietnamese workers and Korean companies, handling partner acquisition, client care, and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, connect with, and develop Korean partners that recruit Vietnamese or other Asian labor.
• Maintain relationships with strategic clients and partners.
• Represent the company at overseas labor‑export conferences and promote the brand.
• Stay updated on the latest labor‑export regulations.
• Support and guide workers before, during, and after overseas assignments.
• Prepare, translate, and manage all required documentation for partner countries.
• Assist candidates with interview preparation and coordinate with AI tools when needed.
• Perform general office and administrative tasks, attend internal meetings, and follow company policies.

Required profile

• Fluent Korean communication skills (TOPIK 5 or higher).
• Preferably graduated from or previously worked in Korea.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in labor export or international recruitment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and quick learning.
• Good computer literacy and familiarity with customer‑care systems.
