About the role

The Market Development & Documentation Officer will support Thanh Giang Conincon in expanding its international partner network for labor export and managing all related documentation. The role involves both client-facing activities and back‑office tasks to ensure smooth recruitment and placement processes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new overseas partners interested in recruiting Vietnamese or other Asian workers.
• Maintain relationships with existing strategic clients and partners.
• Participate in international conferences and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor and interpret the latest labor export regulations.
• Assist candidates before and after overseas deployment, providing guidance and support.
• Prepare, translate, and finalize all required documents and reports for partner countries.
• Guide candidates through interview preparation as needed.
• Perform general office and administrative duties, including meeting participation.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication (IELTS equivalent 7.0 or higher).
• Preferably a university graduate abroad.
• Strong situational handling, meticulous, and proactive.
• Minimum two years of relevant work experience, preferably in labor export or international recruitment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using Mailchimp or similar email‑marketing tools.
• Solid computer literacy, including Microsoft Office suite.
