Office of Executive Management Intern

About the role

Join Bosch's Executive Management Office as an intern and support the team in organizing workshops, events and internal communications. This position offers a hands‑on experience in a multinational environment, ideal for students studying business‑related fields.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and prepare workshops, visits and related wrap‑up activities, including photo protocol.
• Develop standards, databases and document structures for moderator activities.
• Create presentations, reports, newsletters and videos for internal and external events.
• Write and edit communication materials that promote brand‑focused messages.
• Maintain internal communication platforms and act as a liaison across departments.
• Coordinate events and other communication activities.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• 3rd or 4th‑year student majoring in Business Administration, International Business, Business English or related fields.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work autonomously in a multicultural team.
• Flexible, open‑minded and able to drive change.
• Creative, detail‑oriented, well‑structured with a can‑do, result‑driven attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Vietnamese.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere.
