Oncology Medical Science Liaison (MSL)

About the role

The Oncology Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is a field‑based scientific expert who builds and sustains peer‑to‑peer relationships with key opinion leaders, investigators and healthcare professionals in oncology. The role drives scientific exchange, gathers medical insights, supports evidence‑generation activities and helps implement the company’s medical strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with oncology KOLs and HCPs.
• Deliver scientific presentations and discuss the latest oncology data.
• Collect and communicate medical insights to internal teams.
• Support clinical trial design, interpretation and evidence generation.
• Ensure all activities comply with healthcare regulations and company policies.
• Provide up‑to‑date medical and scientific information to cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, MSc or equivalent) in life sciences.
• 2‑5 years of experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Research or oncology practice.
• Clinical or research experience in oncology is preferred.
