About the role

Air Liquide Vietnam is seeking a Packaged Gas Business Developer to identify new opportunities, build relationships, negotiate and win new business across assigned territories.

Key responsibilities

Discover potential prospects, approach customers, propose solutions and negotiate contracts.
Maintain and update market data, build reports for high‑potential areas and promote the company at events.
Handle project‑based assignments or additional roles as assigned by management.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Background mixing business lines and business development, with notable entrepreneurship or innovative achievements.
Customer‑focused mindset, ability to adapt to changing environments and strong self‑awareness.
