Project Management Intern (Japanese speaking)

About the role

Join Bosch Group in Thu Duc City as a Project Management Intern where you will support project teams across multiple business units. This role is ideal for a bilingual English‑Japanese speaker who wants to gain hands‑on experience in documentation, stakeholder coordination, and administrative support within a global technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support on various project management tools and interface with different stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
• Ensure documents and information are up‑to‑date and properly transferred within the project team.
• Set up project meetings and prepare minutes of meeting (MOM).
• Assist the Team Leader with administrative tasks such as monthly working hour tracking and internal documentation maintenance.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program (Economics, Languages, Business Administration, or related field).
• No prior work experience required.
• Mandatory language proficiency: English and Japanese (N3 level or higher).
• Strong communication, prioritisation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
