About the role

Navigos Search, a division of Navigos Group, is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join its executive search team in Vietnam. You will work in a fast‑moving environment, helping senior clients find top talent across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Actively research, approach, and engage potential candidates and clients.
• Promote Navigos Search’s high‑quality recruitment services to senior‑level stakeholders.
• Support business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and client interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or headhunting.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, especially with senior executives.
• Goal‑oriented, proactive, and resilient mindset.
