Intern - Talent Acquisition

About the role

PwC Vietnam’s Human Capital team is seeking a motivated intern to support talent acquisition and employer branding activities in Hanoi. The role offers hands‑on exposure to recruitment processes, campus outreach and branding initiatives within a Big‑4 environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with candidate sourcing, CV screening and short‑listing for intern and junior positions.
• Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates and interviewers, and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Support campus recruitment drives, internship programmes and graduate hiring campaigns.
• Help organise pre‑boarding and onboarding activities for new hires.
• Collaborate with universities and student organisations to plan employer‑branding events such as career fairs, office tours and workshops.
• Create promotional assets (posters, standees, captions) for recruitment and branding campaigns.
• Contribute ideas and content for PwC Careers platforms and talent‑attraction communications.

Required profile

• Final‑year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related fields.
• Available to work full‑time during the internship.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Vietnamese.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to work independently or in a team under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and intercultural awareness.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of databases.
