Sales Manager – Industrial Software & IT Engineering Services

About the role

Bosch Group is looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Executive or Sales Manager to lead revenue growth of its industrial software and IT/engineering services in Vietnam. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, building strong customer relationships, and working closely with delivery and expert teams to ensure successful project execution and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute lead‑generation strategies to identify and qualify potential customers.
• Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
• Create and deliver thought‑leadership content such as presentations, articles, and webinars to position Bosch as an industry expert.
• Collaborate with delivery and technical experts to ensure seamless project delivery and customer success.

Required profile

• Proven track record selling industrial software and IT/engineering services (MES, ESG, Industrial IoT, software development, validation services, etc.).
• Strong understanding of the Vietnamese market and ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Results‑driven mindset with a senior‑level experience in B2B sales.
