Sales Representative (Industry)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to manage and grow our industrial sales territory in Ho Chi Minh City. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding product lines with existing accounts, and driving profitability to meet both individual and company targets.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop the assigned sales territory, focusing on new customer acquisition and product extension.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and ensure timely follow‑up of opportunities.
• Identify and nurture sales potential, improving overall territory profitability.
• Achieve individual sales, growth, and gross profit targets.

Required profile

• More than 3 years of experience in C‑Part supply services or a comparable industry.
• Tertiary education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).
• Proven success in sales or customer‑service roles.
• Familiarity with fasteners, MRO products, and JIT logistics concepts such as Kanban.
