Sales Support

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Support professional to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. You will work closely with internal sales teams and external distributors to ensure that customer data, sales opportunities, and contractual documents are accurately maintained and processed.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the CRM system, guaranteeing that customer information and sales opportunities are current.
• Coordinate and monitor Local Work Requests (LWRs), tracking progress and communicating with relevant stakeholders until completion.
• Prepare, process, and oversee customer contracts, agreements, and related documentation.
• Provide timely support to sales and distributor teams, addressing queries and facilitating smooth operations.
• Generate regular reports on sales activities, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar sales support or CRM administration role.
• Strong service mindset with excellent customer care abilities.
• Analytical thinking and systematic approach to problem‑solving.
• High accuracy and attention to detail when handling data and reports.
