Senior Associate – Office of General Counsel

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Office of General Counsel in Ho Chi Minh City. In this role you will provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations and helping to mitigate legal risk across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver strategic legal guidance on commercial, corporate, and employment matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and corporate governance documents.
• Support compliance initiatives and monitor regulatory changes affecting the business.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align legal solutions with business objectives.
• Assist in managing corporate litigation and dispute resolution processes.
