Senior Paralegal – Legal Services

About the role

PwC Legal Services is seeking a Senior Paralegal to provide comprehensive legal consulting to both local and foreign organisations operating in Vietnam. You will work across a broad range of legal areas, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk for clients and the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver legal consulting on Vietnamese corporate, commercial, labour, real estate, banking, M&A and other matters.
• Supervise and manage projects to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery that meets client expectations.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, identifying new business opportunities.
• Coach junior staff and conduct performance appraisals.

Required profile

• University graduate with a law degree.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a foreign law firm or a leading Vietnamese law firm.
• Excellent English writing and speaking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑resolution skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team and communicate with all management levels.
