Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager – People & Change

About the role

The People & Change team at KPMG Vietnam partners with business and HR leaders to solve complex organisational and workforce challenges, enabling strategy execution and business transformation. As a Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager you will work directly with clients to design and implement solutions that improve organisational structure, HR processes, and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client organisations and identify opportunities for design and transformation.
• Develop and deliver HR transformation programmes, including workforce planning, talent management and learning initiatives.
• Design and implement compensation and benefits strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Support business transformation projects by integrating people‑centric approaches.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless change adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Management or a related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• Professional certifications in project management, change management, organisational development or human capital are advantageous.
• Relevant experience in banking, financial services, FMCG, real estate, manufacturing, technology, telecommunications or other service‑oriented sectors.
