Employer Branding Intern

About the role

As an Employer Branding Intern you will support employer branding and talent attraction activities across digital channels, internal communications, events, and university engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Support and execute employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns across different channels.
• Create engaging content and design visual materials for social media, career websites, internal communications, recruitment campaigns, and university activities.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end event operations, including venue booking, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, material preparation, event setup, on‑site support, and post‑event follow‑up.
• Organise university activities such: job fairs, office tours, seminars, workshops, and other student engagement events.
• Assist other employer branding and talent attraction projects as needed.

Required profile

• Final‑year students in Marketing, Communication, Human Resources, Economics or related majors (official university recommendation letter required).
• Commitment to work full‑time or at least four days per week.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities and good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment; experience in event organization, project coordination, content creation or design is a plus.
