Senior Recruiter

About the role

The Senior Recruiter will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for the Wisdomland school system, focusing on hiring both Vietnamese and expatriate teachers. The role is responsible for building a strong candidate pipeline, ensuring timely and high‑quality hires, and enhancing the employer brand across social media and job platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle for teacher positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for Vietnamese and expatriate teachers.
• Support employer branding initiatives and maintain a recruitment presence on LinkedIn, Facebook and major job boards.
• Coordinate work permit, visa and TRC procedures for expatriate hires.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in education or expatriate hiring.
• Strong sourcing, communication and candidate management abilities.
• Good English proficiency.
