About the role
The Training and Development Manager will lead the design and delivery of a comprehensive learning program that supports FV Hospital’s strategic goals and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. This role oversees new‑hire orientation and ongoing training initiatives across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement and continuously improve the overall Training and Development program.
- Design and manage the monthly orientation schedule, delivering training sessions for new employees.
- Coordinate and conduct regular training activities for existing staff, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
Required profile
- University degree in any discipline, preferably Education, Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in training, learning and development or HR.
- Strong interpersonal and consultative abilities to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
