Senior IT Product Manager – Business Workflow Platform

About the role

Lead the future of intelligent workflow platforms at Bosch Vietnam, shaping next‑generation low‑code/no‑code solutions used by over 500,000 users worldwide. You will drive product vision, modernization and AI‑driven transformation in a global, cross‑functional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy, roadmap and prioritisation for enterprise workflow platforms.
• Lead migration and modernisation from legacy systems to next‑generation low‑code/no‑code solutions.
• Ensure high‑quality delivery through Agile product management and operational excellence.
• Maintain service reliability, performance, SLA alignment and governance.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical requirements and guide architecture, cloud and AI capabilities.
• Promote Agile mindset, mentor cross‑functional teams and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of technical product management experience with large‑scale IT solutions.
• Deep expertise in software architecture, cloud infrastructure and low‑code/no‑code platforms.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence global stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analysis and decision‑making tools.
• Experience managing vendors and working with global teams.
• Understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.
