Senior Manager / Manager – Business Development HRMS

About the role

PwC is looking for a driven Senior Manager or Manager to lead business development for its Work Smartly HRMS solution. You will help organisations modernise HR operations by promoting a technology‑enabled, human‑centric workforce experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to target market segments, priority accounts and growth opportunities for Work Smartly HRMS.
• Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline through prospecting, referrals, networking and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Qualify leads, understand client requirements and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, from initial engagement to proposal and closure.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive product presentations, demonstrations and solution narratives that communicate the value of Work Smartly HRMS.
• Coordinate with marketing and internal stakeholders to support campaigns, events and client outreach initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships with prospects, clients and key stakeholders, acting as a consultative partner to translate business needs into practical HR technology solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales within HR technology, payroll, or related professional services.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, workforce management and the challenges organisations face when modernising HR operations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior decision‑makers.
• Track record of achieving revenue targets and managing complex sales cycles.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HRMS platforms and their implementation.
• Ability to create compelling proposals and solution narratives.
