Senior SAP SD Consultant – Joining Bonus Available

About the role

Bosch Group is seeking a Senior SAP SD Consultant to lead end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) implementations on SAP S/4 HANA. The role includes a joining bonus for candidates who start between 1 July 2026 and 31 October 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle SAP O2C S/4 HANA module roll‑outs and implementations across multiple plants.
• Gather and document business requirements, analyse processes and propose improvements.
• Identify gaps between the standard template and local requirements, conduct workshops and training for business users.
• Integrate SAP O2C with MM, FI, WM/EWM to ensure data consistency.
• Coordinate with design‑build and BD teams, define field mapping, transformation rules and oversee data migration.
• Support testing phases (integration, UAT), create and track defect resolution.
• Execute cut‑over activities and ensure successful go‑live.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading SAP O2C/S4 HANA implementations, preferably in a senior role.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and plant stakeholders.
