Team Leader of Corporate Legal

About the role

The Corporate Legal Team Leader will head the legal department of N.H.O, overseeing contracts, corporate matters, compliance and dispute resolution. The role aims to minimise legal risk and protect the company’s interests in the fast‑growing real‑estate and construction sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle – drafting, reviewing, negotiating and monitoring commercial agreements.
• Provide legal advice on corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions and day‑to‑day operations.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese corporate, real‑estate and construction regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of junior lawyers and paralegals.
• Handle litigation and dispute resolution, coordinating with external counsel when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law; a practising lawyer certificate is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an in‑house counsel or at a reputable law firm.
• Proven experience in the real‑estate or property development industry.
• Strong background in commercial contracts and corporate legal matters.
