Training Specialist

About the role

The Training Specialist will design and deliver learning solutions for a diverse workforce in a steel‑structure and EPC environment. Working closely with the L&D Leader and subject‑matter experts, you will create tailored programs that support new hires, sales, production, QA/QC, logistics and other functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the L&D Leader to develop learning roadmaps for multiple employee groups.
• Design, build and standardise training content in partnership with SMEs from production, QA/QC, logistics, legal, commercial and other departments.
• Deliver classroom and on‑the‑job training sessions, ensuring material relevance and engagement.
• Assess training effectiveness, gather feedback and continuously improve programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, corporate training, HR training or program coordination.
• Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, steel‑structure or EPC industries is highly preferred.
• Strong command of English for preparing materials and delivering sessions.
